Terms ofService

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Skoless website (skoless.com) and the Skoless school management platform (together, the "Service"). By accessing the website or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an institution, you accept these Terms for that institution and confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Skoless is a modular school management system (ERP) built for education institutions in Türkiye. It brings enrollment, collections, assessment, attendance, scheduling, guidance and parent communication together in a single system. Modules are enabled per institution according to its type. We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the Service over time.

Access to the platform is provided to institutions and to the users they authorize (administrators, staff, students and guardians). Accounts and credentials are issued by the institution. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify the institution or Skoless promptly of any unauthorized use.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other institutions' data, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

Each institution controls the personal data it enters into the platform; Skoless processes that data on the institution's behalf to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Skoless software, website, design and trademarks are and remain the property of Skoless. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you. The data that an institution enters into the platform remains the institution's; we claim no ownership over it.

Pricing for the Service is agreed with each institution and depends on its type and the modules it enables. Any messaging usage charged by third-party providers (for example, SMS, e-mail or WhatsApp) is handled as set out in the applicable agreement.

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skoless is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from misuse of the Service or from factors outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or its users. On termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy and the applicable agreement with the institution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the update date at the top reflects the latest change. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye.

The Service integrates third-party platforms to deliver notifications, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta), SMS carriers and e-mail providers. Your use of these channels is also subject to the providers' own terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

Where an institution sends messages through these channels, the institution is responsible for obtaining valid opt-in from each recipient before contacting them — an active, affirmative consent that names the business and confirms the recipient wants to receive messages on that channel — and for complying with applicable law (including KVKK) and the providers' messaging policies. Skoless provides these channels only for transactional, institution-initiated notifications and does not send marketing on your behalf.
